Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original Secret Garden packaging.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
